Cry Me River

Each time I cried, I convinced myself it wasn't his fault, he had so many problems that "I" cried for him.  He was emotionally constipated that's why he wasn't able to do it for me, but as soon as things got better for him. he'd be able to "hold" me. "I never meant to beat on you" he'd say,  and cause me to cry. Isn't natural to have emotions for someone who couldn't show his. He was so deserving of someone to care and shed a tear for. I just didn't think it would be me all the time .
